I had this on Thanksgiving:

Clockwise from left to right: roll with sea salt butter, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and beet salad. Center: seasoned chicken breast
On top of the chicken, taters, and stuffing is the gravy...which is a bit thin, but tasty.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were home made. The stuffing was Stove Top. I brought everything else from the store. I seasoned the chicken breast the day before Thanksgiving. Since I didn't take pictures of dessert, I had blue berry muffins and pepparkorka ice cream sandwich.

Do you have a recipe for the beet salad? I love beets, but I've never heard of such a thing.
